This page explains how Amanda Szymanski LLC collects and uses information you share when you contact us or book an appointment.

What we collect
- When you get a price: the ZIP code or city, service, and appointment options you enter. This stays in your browser to calculate the price.
- When you book: your name, phone number, email address, appointment address, notes you choose to add, and the appointment time.
- When you pay: payment is handled by Stripe on its secure page. We do not see or store your full card number.
- At the appointment: identification details the notary is required to check under Florida law, and any notary journal entry [CONFIRM: journal practice].
How we use it
- To schedule, confirm, and carry out your appointment.
- To contact you about your appointment by phone, text message, or email.
- To process your payment and any refund.

- GoHighLevel (booking calendar and customer records).
- Stripe (payments).
- Google Workspace (email).

We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use cookies and similar tools on amandaszymanski.com to understand how visitors use the site, to measure whether our ads work, and to show our ads to people who visited our site before (this is called remarketing). We do not use a cookie banner. Instead, you can opt out at any time (see Your Privacy Choices below).
Tools we use
- [Google Analytics] to count visits and see which pages help people book.
- [Google Ads] to measure calls and bookings from our ads and to show our ads to past visitors.
- [Microsoft Clarity, if enabled] to see, in masked form, where visitors get stuck on our pages. Typed text is hidden.
- [Cloudflare Web Analytics] to count visits without cookies.
If we add another advertising partner, we will list it here before we use it.
What we share with these partners
Which pages you visited, which buttons you clicked, the county or ZIP code area of an estimate (Google Analytics only), whether a booking was paid and its amount, and random IDs our booking system creates. When you book and have not opted out, we may share a scrambled (hashed) form of your email or phone number with Google to confirm an ad led to a booking.
We never share your street address, the contents of your documents, your ID details, anything about your health or a hospital or care stay, anything about a jail or detention visit, or the notes you give us.
Hospital, care facility and jail visits
We do not use visits to these pages or bookings for these services to target ads, and we do not share them with advertising partners.
Your Privacy Choices
Click the button below to opt out of ad tracking and analytics sharing. Your choice is saved in this browser for 13 months, so repeat it on each browser or device you use.
We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out. You can also email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request". You can also manage Google ads at [adssettings.google.com] and opt out of many ad networks at [optout.networkadvertising.org] and [optout.aboutads.info].
